The library is the depository of knowledge. It is a place for studying, reading, and researching. The students are encouraged to use it for intellectual growth.
The library is equipped with print, non- print and other materials to develop love for reading and research. It is open for students’ use:
7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. : Monday to Friday (No Noon Break)
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.: Saturday
Library Rules are strictly to be followed:
All students must present their library card/ school ID upon entering the library.
Library Card are not transferable.
Silence should be maintained in the library at all times.
School bags and foods must be kept in a designated place outside the library.
Students’ meetings and group discussions are not allowed in the library.
Eating or sleeping is strictly prohibited in the library.
Books, newspapers and magazines must be returned to their proper places after use.
No student is allowed to touch or operate any equipment or appliance in the audio- visual room.
Repair and replacement of any damaged article or equipment is required of the student responsible for the damage.
Students are expected to abide by the rules and regulations governing the use of the Audio- Visual Room and other facilities.
No one is allowed to bring food and eat inside the Audio- Visual Room.
The Guidance Center provides the Ignacian Marian with the means necessary to develop and integrate all the skills to respond fully to the demands of his/her time and community.
Students are encouraged to avail of the different Guidance Services like Information, Individual Inventory, Counseling, Follow-up, Testing, Career Guidance, Admission, Homeroom Guidance, Enrichment and Remedial Programs.
No student, employee or parents should stay in the Guidance Center unless they are called for valid reasons.

Nurse - Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Physician and Dentist - Reports on designated date and time
Physical and Dental Examination are administered to every student at least once during the school year. Notices for such examinations are announced.
The clinic takes care of all minor physical indispositions of the students.
Students with major injuries and serious health problems are accompanied to the hospital by the school nurse. Parents are immediately informed by the class advisers.
Students suffering from communicable disease shall not come to school. Those who are diagnosed in school are immediately sent home accompanied by an adult.
When students go to the clinic, the class Beadle should write on the beadle sheet the time of departure and the time return from the clinic.
Before going to the clinic, the students secure a clinic pass from the Prefect of Students’ Office except for an emergency case.
The clinic is a place of rest for those who are really sick. Silence must always be observed. No student, employee or parents should stay in the clinic unless deemed necessary due to health condition.
